DEPOSIT FEE

A deposit fee is required to hold your date. The remaining balance of your package will be due upon check in. The deposit fee is only refundable if the owner of the property has to reschedule your booking.

Deposit Fee: $200

PARANORMAL INVESTIGATION

Weekday Pricing (Sun – Thurs): $350 per night (up to 10 people)

Weekend Pricing (Fri – Sat): $450 per night (up to 10 people)

(Optional) Equipment Rental Pack: $100

FILMING PACKAGE

Weekend Pricing (Fri – Sat): $550 per night (up to 5 people)

(Optional) Equipment Rental Pack: $100

1. No Ouija boards, cleansing, commercial filming/audio (see details below) on paranormal investigation package, pets, alcohol, or illegal substances on property
2. Smoking and vaping are allowed outside of property in designated area
3. No resale of your booking to others
4. Be professional and respectful toward the living and the spiritual
5. Must have signed waiver before entering house
6. Your party can include up to 10 guests (including yourself) for the Paranormal Investigation package and up to 5 guests (including yourself) for the Filming package
7. Must be 18 and up
8. You must check in by 3PM
9. No spiritual rituals of any kind

*Commercial filming or audio recording on a Paranormal Investigation package refers to capturing video or audio content of any part of the property with the intent to acquire followers or likes on social media pages and profiles, as well as for any form of monetary gain. The owner retains the right to make exceptions for the Paranormal Investigation package.
